Spent some time using the Jaguar 870 and, honestly, it gets the job done quite well. The 7.5-meter Orbis header works efficiently, improving field processing speed. Maintenance access points are conveniently located, making routine checks easier. Though, the hydraulic system features could be a bit smoother under load. Overall, a reliable addition to the fleet.

We've been using the Jaguar 850 for a couple of seasons now. Its ability to prepare silage with precise shredlage technology has certainly improved feed quality. However, I find maintaining the equipment rather costly.

I've been operating the Claas Jaguar 960 in the fields, and let me tell you, the difference it's making is notable. The cutting efficiency really stands out; every kernel is adequately processed, minimizing waste. The automatic adjustments on attachments save time and reduce manual effort. However, I noticed switching between attachments still could be smoother. Overall, it’s sturdy and gets the job done effectively.

Operating this machine is smooth thanks to its intuitive controls. Versatile cutting settings suit multiple needs. Good power, though it feels slightly noisy during extended use.

So, I gave the Claas Jaguar 960 a try recently. The throughput potential is impressive; handling over 1,400 tons per day consistently is something. The cab controls are user-friendly, though getting accustomed to some features takes time. The shredder does its job well. Fuel efficiency met my expectations. However, the initial investment is considerable, a price for advanced capabilities.

My farm and I initially encountered a number of problems when we bought the Claas Jaguar 960 combine harvester in 2018. In the first days of harvesting, issues with the threshing system settings were discovered. It was necessary to regularly change the threshing cylinders (Claas 4947330). Extra replacement sieves had to be ordered for more precise separation. Nevertheless, over time we mastered the intricacies of setting up the Jaguar 960. Advice - before making a purchase, be sure to clarify everything with the seller to avoid ending up in a similar situation.

I work as an agronomist and also oversee the purchase of harvesters and other equipment. 8 years ago, I bought a Claas Jaguar 860 harvester from 2016 and am quite satisfied with its performance. I use it for harvesting corn, grass, and cereal crops such as wheat and barley. During the time of use, I only had to replace the shredder knives and air filters. It is worth noting that in one season it helped me to work approximately 300 hectares of land.

I have been using the Claas Jaguar 830 combine harvester for 3 seasons now, and it has never let me down. It copes well with harvesting corn and cereal crops, even on the most difficult plots. It is quite easy to operate. After the first summer season, I decided to send it for scheduled repairs and was very pleased to find that the spare parts were readily available.

I've had the chance to operate the Claas Jaguar 870 for a few weeks now. First off, the engine's power, rated at 530 horsepower, does a fantastic job in handling demanding tasks effortlessly. The design of the operating controls, particularly the joystick for header adjustments, offers significant convenience. However, I found the cabin, although decent, could use enhanced accessibility for longer work hours. Overall, it's a solid machine with a couple of minor areas for improvement.

Just upgraded to the 870 from the 850 model. The change is apparent. It delivers improved handling and a more spacious cab. The machine handles heavy loads effectively, though fuel consumption varies with workload, averaging around 300-350 liters daily under optimal use. Safety features, like the self-halt mechanism during obstruction, enhance operational reliability. However, getting used to new features requires some time for familiarity.
